This board is about cancelations and refunds. Please refer to the information below.

*Please consider that we are only accepting returns in limited situations, not exchange.


Q : How long is the deadline for cancelling my order?

A : You must apply within 1-2 days of receipt of the product. 


Q : Returns are possible in the following cases

A : You receive a product different from your order or you receive a defective product.


Q : What are some cases where cancellation or refund is not possible?

A : 

1) If the value has decreased significantly over time.

2) In the case of loss or damage due to reasons responsible to the customer.

3) Where the value of goods, etc. has significantly decreased due to the use or partial consumption of the customer.

4) Return and refund due to customer's mistake in choosing product options.


*In the case of return because of a simple change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of return of the product. (Including type of coffee beans, size of grinding, color, size, etc.)
